Job Summary
Manage and review contracts on behalf of our acquisition and brokerage clients along with the company’s own contracts. The main responsibilities will include assisting in the negotiation of new and pre-owned aircraft offer letters and purchase and sale contracts on behalf of our clients, often working with the clients internal and external counsel. Preparing and reviewing the companies brokerage agreements, consulting agreements, master service agreements, along with the companies own pre-owned aircraft offer letters and purchase and sale agreements.
Summary of essential job functions
· Assist in basic contract administration for clients purchasing or selling pre-owned aircraft.
· Assist in basic contract administration for clients purchasing new aircraft from OEM.
· Assist in preparation of closing documentation and coordination of all parties prior to closing to facilitate easy and smooth aircraft closings.
· Assist in preparing contracts and administering contract negotiations for the Guardian Jet’s contracts with its clients to include, acquistion agreements, listing agreements, consulting agreements, and master service agreements with the subsequent statements of work.
· Prepare and administer contracts on behalf of Guardian Jet for the purchase and sale of aircraft.
· Primary relationship between Guardian Jet and clients regarding legal and contractual matters.
Qualifications and Skills Required
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite
· Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
· Ability to interact with both clients with no legal or aviation background and legal professionals with and without aviation experience
· Demonstrate excellent customer service

Law Degree, Associates Degree in Legal Studies, Experience in Aviation Contract Administration or Law
