- Champion and manage processes:
o Account onboarding – Create and manage a process for the onboarding of new and existing
National Accounts
§ Using the draft Account Profile, collect and/or arrange for the collection for the
information fields and referenced data, including Property Asset lists.
§ Own the Account Profile process, and monitor changes to the same, ensuring
alignment with future state goals for changes to the Salesforce platform, as well as
related changes that may pertain to a future CLM platform, and future mapping tools.
§ Ultimately, the Account Profile fields must be housed in Salesforce, providing visibility
and reportability of all related account information and client requirements). As the
information in the Account Profile is the knowledgebase for each National Account
client, it is essential that all information is accurate and updated in a timely fashion,
including changes to SLAs.
§ Ensure that all accounts are linked properly to related accounts, and in the proper
hierarchal order.
o Contract onboarding – Working in concert with the Business Development, National Accounts,
and the Contract Compliance teams, responsibilities include:
§ Capture of contract information relative to the Account Profile process
§ Ensure that all relevant contract documents are uploaded (i.e., property asset lists,
pricing, PW/CPR guidance, etc.)
§ Manage and maintain the contract database until such time that it is replaced by
Salesforce or CLM capabilities. This will require significant interface with various
internal parties.
- Champion process development of job onboarding, to be managed by the Compliance and Quality
Assurance team (for National Accounts), and the Call Center (non-National Accounts) at developmental
completion
o Interface with members of various teams, to include the Call Center, Central Estimating,
National Accounts, Operational assets, and others
o Ensure that the job onboarding process is consistent with, and an extension of the Account and
Contract onboarding processes
o Key components to be verified by the Job onboarding process include, but are not limited to:
§ Account, hierarchy and Information
§ Contract, and hierarchy
§ Pricing volume
§ Market segment/sub-segment
§ POCs and contact info
§ Billing procedures
§ SLAs/response guidelines
- Interface with other stakeholders for the integration of mapping tools as they relate to contract and
account information.
- Create a plan for personnel redundancy for all processes
- Training of various stakeholders on Account, Contract, and Job onboarding
