SUMMARY
Bering Straits Native Corporation (Company) is currently seeking a qualified Contracts Administrator. The preferred working location is Anchorage, Alaska, with an opportunity for the right candidate to work remotely from home, work out of one of Company’s satellite offices, or an alternate hybrid schedule. A minimum of two weeks onsite training at Company’s Anchorage office is mandatory.
This position is responsible for preparing and administering contractual agreements, related data and deliverables in an organized manner for Company and its subsidiaries involved in the performance of federal government and commercial projects in a variety of business lines, including but not limited to security services, logistics, facility O&M, IT/ administration services, construction, environmental remediation, telecommunications, and procurement. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for preparing non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and other formal documents for a variety of project types. This is a direct report to the Director of Contracts and Legal Administration but may also be tasked with providing technical advice and contract documentation support to Business Development, Legal, Operations, Accounting, and other departments. Individual may also assist with contract auditing, and compliance analysis.
