Contracts Administration Supervisor supervises and participates in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and administration of commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Contracts Administration Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Contracts Administration Supervisor may directly handle high profile Corporate National Accounts and other key customer contracts. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     We are currently looking for a Contracts Representative to join our Resortcom family!

    Position Summary

    This position reports to the Contracts Department and is responsible for the data entry and verification of Time Share contracts, refinances and other contract modifications.

    Essential Functions

    • Data entry of new contracts
    • Process various contract modifications, including: cancellations, refinances, reinstatements, member information modifications, transfers of monthly payments and/or maintenance fee payments
    • Validate all information received to the designated client database via XML transmittal against copy of contract received
    • Client Customer Service via email, CRM or phone call
    • CRM processing from Front Office/MSA Dept. for members requests
    • Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.
    • All other duties and projects as assigned by management

    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Must have a positive attitude and desire to learn

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Previous administrative processing experience preferred
    • Bilingual (English – Spanish) a plus
