    Position Summary

    The Contract Specialist will provide support to the Business Operations Team in editing/maintaining all related data and documentation for all Contractor Supplier programs and will act as the point of contact for all incoming customer & vendor qualification requests.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support in gathering /maintaining company and safety information/documentation for all of The Stellix Group's Safety Contractor Supplier Databases and customers.
    • Working with various business groups in gathering project/departmental related data for reporting into contractor databases and various client requests.
    • Manage miscellaneous safety related vendor qualification requests while working with the internal organization among various groups in gathering specific information around training, training records, and qualifications for reporting to clients.
    • Qualification Documentation Management and submission – Gather and coordinate the information required from business groups within the organization (Finance, Quality, IT Security, Safety, Human Resources, Sales, etc.).
    • Completing general vendor questionnaires
    • Manage and maintain all documentation systems.
    • Work with various business units in facilitating communications based on requests from Contractor Management clients.
    • Work with The Stellix Group's insurance point of contact for maintaining all insurance records and requirements for all Contractor clients.
    • General documentation management and organization.
    • Responding to customer directly for general documentation requests around safety and company information.
    • Will be point of contact for all Term and Conditions (NDA, MSA, etc.) review and facilitates the review with Legal Department/Finance.
    • Manage all workload activities within a ticketing system and report weekly on metrics for completion and work in progress.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail that assures reporting is accurate and timely.
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
    • Proficient in Microsoft 360 tools
    • Customer -oriented mind set.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Ability to complete research to support safety activities.
