    The Supervisor, Operations Administration will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions that support our new patients. The Supervisor, Operations Administration will oversee our administrative clerks, enrollment support specialists and our client relations team. The Supervisor of Operations Administration will monitor opportunities through trends and day-to-day workflows to increase efficiency.

     

    What You’ll Do

    •        Ensuring that all staff members are trained on all relevant policies and procedures
    •        Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities
    •        Providing coaching and development to employees about their performance on a regular basis, documenting any               concerns that may need to be addressed
    •        Monitor employee productivity daily to ensure goals and competencies are being met
    •        Making sure that all necessary work is completed on time and within SLAs agreed upon with sales and enrollment –             data entry queue, recycle queue, tasks, MD calls and emails
    •        Reviewing and approving time sheets
    •        Monitor new patient data entry, ensuring SLAs set with the sales and enrollment team are being met
    •        Ensure all emails from sales are responded too within the SLAs that have been agreed upon
    •        Create efficiencies between Enrollment and the Pharmacy on new patient ships
    •        Work closely with the Enrollment and Patient Experience Managers

     

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    •        Maintained healthy aging queue in prior IWP role
    •        Maintained in previous role strong quality audits in prior IWP role
    •        Strong negotiation skills together with problem recognition and resolution skills
    •        Strong computer skills, including experience with databases, Windows based applications
    •        Professionalism with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    •        Strong recruitment skills which facilitate a clear understanding of selection criteria
    •        Ability to deal with external customers enthusiastically and with professionalism
    •        Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from both internal and external customers
