Contracts Administration Supervisor supervises and participates in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and administration of commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Contracts Administration Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Contracts Administration Supervisor may directly handle high profile Corporate National Accounts and other key customer contracts. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.   • The Contract Administrator is responsible for reviewing, updating, analyzing and administering company related contracts. The Contract Administrator oversees the planning, administration, and revision of contracts to make sure all parties' needs are met.
