Contracts Administration Manager prepares and administers bids, proposals, and commercial and government contracts that follow company policies and legal requirements. Manages the contracts administration staff and guides compliance with complex contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Contracts Administration Manager negotiates with suppliers, partners, or customers. Ensures contracts are administered and monitored to maintain compliance with the terms of agreements. Additionally, Contracts Administration Manager has a strong understanding of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Sometimes requires certification like the NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). Typically reports to a director. The Contracts Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Contracts Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the property, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through effective leasing and upselling strategies.

    POSITION PROFILE

    Accountable for daily operations of medium to large team that may include a complex site or/and multiple sites. Ensures contract compliance of contracted services including, but not limited to: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging and Mail services through SLA results and client feedback. Responsible for selecting and assessing talent, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, staff training & development, succession planning, and conducts performance management that includes employee counseling.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school or GED is required.
    • 5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
    • Previous 2 years of managerial work experience strongly preferred.
    • Previous 5 years Customer facing work experience required.
    • Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of technology.
    • Off 360 proficient user

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
