Manages the contracts administration staff and guides compliance with complex contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Contracts Administration Manager negotiates with suppliers, partners, or customers. Ensures contracts are administered and monitored to maintain compliance with the terms of agreements. Additionally, Contracts Administration Manager has a strong understanding of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations. •Analyze & interpret complex provisions in commercial and supplier agreements
•Review supplier contracts and coordinate approval with clients procurement team
•Review Draft customer software license and other agreements and amendments
•Negotiation (both written and verbal) of a variety of sales, professional services, and supplier agreements
•Independently manages workflow for contract review process for a variety of contract types
Senior Contracts Manager Qualifications:
6 years of experience managing a variety of complex contracts in a corporate environment
•Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record
•Ability to manage and deliver on a diverse and complex workload particularly in a fast-paced corporate setting
•Experience in oral negotiations
•Proficient in Word and Excel
•Experience with a contract management system, e.g., Docusign(Spring CM), Conga
•Efficient and effective problem solving skills •Ability to work in a fast paced, high output, team oriented, practical environment
•Effective communication with all stakeholders- legal colleagues, management, customers, etc.
•Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of success
