In this role, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and re-negotiating contracts when necessary, along with maintaining vendor subcontracts and agreements. Other responsibilities will include drafting contracts and overseeing other projects as the Contracts Manager. Major responsibilities - Support contract administration functions with the coordination and oversight of requirements for compliance with the contract terms and conditions, along with relaying information to internal departments - Draw up contractual provisions and administer contract proposals - Intermediate and outsource contracts - Regulate and maintain contracts database - Manage internal and external requests on status of contracts - Sustain and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts - Red-line documents as required for compliance and review external clients' contract terms to align with Company's risk tolerance - Assess and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements) - Operate the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution) - Enhance and manage contract repositories - Less than one year of experience preferred - Proficient with strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well - Excellent organizational skills required in order to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines - In charge of reviewing and drafting non-disclosure agreements, such as software evaluation and licensing agreements - Bachelor's degree - Professional in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion - Capable of maintain high standards and professionalism in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills - Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification, or equivalent - Indemnity experience - Non-disclosure agreements experience - Experience with Indemnity - Contracts experience preferred - Construction experience - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed - Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence key decision makers This is an excellent opportunity for you to take the next step in your legal career and become part of a dynamic, growing company.
