Contracts Administration Clerk prepares, maintains, and administers contract documents according to policies and regulations. Verifies that all required and associated materials in contract packages are in place. Being a Contracts Administration Clerk follows contract monitoring procedures to ensure documents are up to date and that contractual obligations are in compliance. Ensures that contract renewal dates are tracked and that applicable renewal documents are generated and processed. Additionally, Contracts Administration Clerk maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. The Warren County Clerk is seeking an applicant to fill a full-time position for a Clerk in the Warren County Clerk's Office. Those applying should have experience with computer applications, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and must be able to work well with the public. Must be highly motivated and willing to learn new tasks. Computer and typing skills required. Preferred experience in general clerical skills and be able to multi-task. Must be 18 years of age or older and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Job duties include: Voter registration, assist in the electoral process, data entry, clerical duties, processing liquor license and notary paperwork, assisting public, answering phones, other duties as assigned.
