Our brands, including Guidepost Montessori, the Academy of Thought and Industry, and the Prepared Montessorian, have spread the transformative power of Montessori education through brick-and-mortar schools, online platforms, learning pods, and teacher training initiatives since our inception in 2016.

As we forge ahead with our expansion—opening approximately one new school every week—our goal remains to instill a profound love of learning in each child, enabling them to achieve their highest potential and grow into independent, fulfilled adults. During a period of significant growth for our organization, which includes scaling our suite of in-person and digital educational services with over 100% annual revenue growth, we offer an exciting opportunity for career progression and skill development in a rapidly expanding company.

    • The convenience of a flexible hybrid schedule.
    • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
    • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
    • Opportunities for regular travel and personal involvement in the schools you manage.
    • Competitive salary: 55-75k (plus bonus)
