Transportation Requirement: The Content Specialist shall collaborate with the Senture & Transportation Knowledge Manager to archive, create and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data reports, update CRM fields (e.g., removing the CRM subject as an element used in monthly reporting, adjusting inquiry and transaction types as well as CRM IDs to accurately reflect the customer’s inquiry) to ensure reporting accurately captures process changes, update frequently asked questions and agent scripted CRM responses (hotkeys), and update Ask Page (https://ask.fmcsa.dot.gov/) search results (content as well as weights) in the CRM to ensure the most relevant, useful results are presented for the customer.
