    Job Brief

    The E-Commerce Systems Specialist will contribute to the overall ongoing maintenance and growth of our Amazon.com, retail, and wholesale websites. As an E-Commerce Systems & Web Content Specialist you will be providing critical support to our Director of E-Commerce Systems by ensuring all E-Commerce related systems and websites are properly implemented, configured, integrated, maintained, and updated according to the needs of the business. Bottom line - We are looking for our next E-Commerce Systems Wizard!

      

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist Director of E-Commerce Systems with the proper implementation, configuration, integration, maintenance, and updating of all e-commerce related systems and websites
    • Curate, update, and maintain data integrity related to all E-Commerce sites
    • Create and maintain product offerings, updating listing back-end data, publishing front-end copy, resolving technical issues, maintaining integrations with backend systems, website updates, basic SEO, scripting, etc.
    • Collaborate with the Media, Marketing, & Graphic Design Teams, to ensure systems and website(s) are configured and staged for timed sales, promotions, discounts, product launch campaigns, etc.
    •   Work closely with Customer Care team to identify, resolve, and improve sales channel or system issues impacting the customer’s shopping experience

      

    Essential Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining all aspects of popular E-Commerce sales channels (BigCommerce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar)
    • In-depth understanding of managing and maintaining many aspects of inventory management systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, Dear Systems, Cin7, Fishbowl, or similar)
    • Experience with basic front-end website coding and simple scripting (HTML, CSS, Etc.)
    • Ability to clearly and confidently articulate thoughts, present ideas, and author professional communications
    • Extreme attention to detail and consistency
    • High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, with the ability to meet expected deliverable deadlines
    • Proficient with general Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • On-site 40 hours per week

      

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant area of study
    • Previous employment in a similar “jack of all trades” E-Commerce specialist type role
