Content Specialist, Sr. curates content used for a variety of web, mobile, and other platforms. Researches, coordinates, edits, and integrates the work of writers and designers to produce layouts that meet established branding and style guidelines. Being a Content Specialist, Sr. organizes content in a way that makes sense/is most useful for target customers. Stays up-to-date on best practices and make recommendations for content strategy. Additionally, Content Specialist, Sr. analyzes content needs and studies content consumption data to optimize content. Identifies and tracks metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts. Develops a schedule for updates, archiving, and ongoing production of content. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Content Specialist, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Required Qualifications: This position requires an Associate degree in education, business administration, recreation, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years related experience and experience in a College or University setting, student life, or student housing is preferred.
