Content Specialist, Sr. curates content used for a variety of web, mobile, and other platforms. Researches, coordinates, edits, and integrates the work of writers and designers to produce layouts that meet established branding and style guidelines. Being a Content Specialist, Sr. organizes content in a way that makes sense/is most useful for target customers. Stays up-to-date on best practices and make recommendations for content strategy. Additionally, Content Specialist, Sr. analyzes content needs and studies content consumption data to optimize content. Identifies and tracks metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts. Develops a schedule for updates, archiving, and ongoing production of content. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Content Specialist, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This position is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area. This position will require the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 3 days a week.

QA Content Review Specialist works on exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers. While you need to understand reasonable software security practices, you do not need to have a background in information security. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled with language and visual content, as well as be able to spot errors and see that they get fixed. The individual in this role will help edit and maintain courseware standards, style guide, and glossary where you will work together with other testers, engineers and eLearning developers in a fast-paced, agile development environment creating excellent and fun eLearning assets.
