  • Job Purpose: The Creative Content Specialist develops messages and graphics to engage a wide range of stakeholders. The Creative Content Specialist utilizes design principles and tactics to develop creative assets that are clear, concise, and eye-catching to encourage action among audiences and drive brand awareness on all social and traditional platforms. This individual will design and develop digital and motion graphics for a variety of mediums. The Creative Content Specialist will also develop comprehensive communications campaigns to drive engagement and communicate critical information.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing video, audio, and motion graphic content.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
    • Excellent knowledge of and capabilities in editing audio and video.
    • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy and calendar across assigned channels and mediums.
    • Skills in creation of real-time and user-generated content and distribution.
    • Knowledge of technology tools and systems including Website Content Management systems; Project Management systems; data analysis and visualization software.
    • Proficiency with Facebook Business Suite, Sprout Social, and key social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Knowledge and creation of 3D graphics.
    • Experience with UI and UX design.
    • Skills in copy writing for various content are essential.
    • Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude.

    Licensing Requirements: Class II Gaming License

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Create and edit engaging videos.
    • Create and edit animations.
    • Concept branded layouts for all media where videos and animations are viewed.
    • Design and format content for social media, broadcast television, internal television, websites, run-of-network advertising, and all other media outlets.
    • Support the multimedia producer, graphic artist, and photographer as needed.
    • Develop and maintain SRCR’s brand and identity through design and messaging.
    • Develop creative concepts for marketing and communications campaigns.
    • Ensure the continuity of voice across all channels while tailoring messaging for specific audiences.

    Physical/Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to:

    • Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
    • Move about the facility and stand for long periods.
    • Must have regular and predictable attendance.
    • Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing. and pulling up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

    Working conditions:

    • Constantly indoors, exposure to smoke, noise, odors.
    • Indoor and outdoor exposure.
    • Constantly work with others and independently.
    • Exposure to office and casino lights, including flashing.
    • Weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
