Compensation :

$40,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Develop engaging social media content, including graphics and videos.
• Utilize social media channels to creatively narrate our company's journey.
• Create eye-catching print and social media content using graphic design techniques, including Canva.
• Produce and edit videos for online channels, including YouTube.
• Manage online content and business profiles to increase exposure.
• Handle various graphic design projects.
• Create newsletters and other marketing materials.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Implement A / B testing to optimize marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Continuously refine marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
• Monitor and report on the success of various marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that yield the best results.
• Manage and create content for our YouTube channel and podcast.

Qualifications :

• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, and a personal computer.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow an appointment schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva.
• Knowledge of A / B testing and data analysis.
• Experience with YouTube and podcasting.
• Salary : $40,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
