We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to manage & curate engaging content across our social media platforms, website, and communication channels.

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in creating video content for marketing purposes.
• Prior experience in photography, storytelling, and/or graphic design helpful.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & WordPress a plus.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
• Strong organization & project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude & the ability to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies.
• Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Visit local YMCA branches & center during programs and special events to capture promotional & storytelling content. Flexibility for occasional weekend and/or evening hours is required.
• Craft informatve & captivating short-form videos to spotlight our programs & classes.
• Develop & implement monthly content plans that resonate with our target audiences while aligning with the organization's goals & brand identity.
• Collaborate with branches & other association departments to ensure website content remains current & engaging.
• Monitor digital analytics & business data to make informed recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
• Utilize content management services to strategically promote the YMCA across various digital channels, including web & social media.
• Uphold established Association standards to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage internal digital signage for branch locations, and assist with other marketing requests as needed.
