Content Manager - Web manages the overall curation activities required to produce content for web, mobile, and other platforms. Leads the research, coordination, and editorial work of curators and writers. Being a Content Manager - Web ensures that established branding and style guidelines are implemented correctly. Develops relationships with vendors and other sources needed to produce the quantity and quality of required content and negotiate terms and pricing. Additionally, Content Manager - Web designs methodologies used to analyze content consumption data and to define content needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Content Manager - Web manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Content Manager - Web typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
- Maintain all company equipment, keeping it clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
- Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication skills
- IICRC Certs. a plus

Specific Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements
- Supervise content employees including hiring, training, and performance management
- Communicate with customers throughout restoration process
- Inspect the job sites frequently to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, that it meets the projected timeline and that it complies with Rainbow International standards
- Work with management to develop a business plan to generate prospective customers to meet the projected sales goals
- Estimating Experience-Xactimate and or Mobile Claims preferred
- iCat contents tracker experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
- Professional appearance and personality
- Team player who can work independently
- Must have or be willing to obtain the applicable certifications pertaining to the industry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to adverse weather conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals. May also involve confined spaces that one must crawl through.
