We are seeking a Web Content Analyst / Front End Developer / SharePoint Administrator to support our customer’s operations in Omaha, NE. This effort supports the Government in creating, maintaining, and enhancing the ability to produce accurate and on-time current and long-term all-source intelligence. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. 

Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist the Government on best practices for information sharing to support day-to-day operations, crises, and exercises with a focus on improving the Customer’s presence in the Intelligence Community (IC) on multiple computer network systems.
• The contractor shall advise and assist the Customer’s program with the development of initiatives, requirements, policies, procedures and guidelines for implementation throughout the organization to increase awareness of knowledge management (KM) initiatives in the Command and throughout the IC.
• In providing support to the Customer webmaster function, the contractor shall design and create SharePoint sites and pages as well as recommend improvements to existing sites and pages. The contractor shall assist the Customer’s KM Representatives with developing out of the box (OOB) and customized SharePoint 2019 / O365 (and future SharePoint versions) skills and techniques. The Contractor shall ensure custom features will not collide with OOB SharePoint code, ensure stability, minimize downtime, and ensure interoperability.
• The contractor shall advise and assist the Government with improving the business processes, automating the collection, organization, dissemination and archival of products within the Customer’s organization on multiple computer network systems. This task includes surveying internal customers, assessing requirements, and making recommendations to improve processes and overall design.
• The contractor shall advise and assist with creating new and updating existing Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and broadening the Customer Plan of Operations, CONOPs, Mission/Vision and policies, and guidance for advancing the Customer’s KM program.
• The contractor shall advise and assist on the synthesis and synchronization of the Customer’s products with the intention of the websites being utilized as a major source for information sharing, dissemination, collaboration and decision-making.
• The contractor shall assist in providing training and education on KM principles, policies, guidelines, tools, and processes to the Customer’s workforce as well as advising other Customer directorates on Customer principles, mission sets and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• US Citizenship.
• Active TS/SCI.

Required Experience:

• 10-15 years’ experience is required in a related position or field. This is a senior position.

Education and Certifications:

• High School Diploma

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and the public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
