About the Role
MALKA’s Project Management Team is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our team to oversee a variety of projects across our accounts. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can manage the production of large numbers of digital assets (video, digital & social media, web, presentation), run internal and external logistics, timelines and budgets, and work across creative and editorial departments to establish a workflow, assign tasks and share deliverables.
This is a client-facing role. A great project manager thrives in the organization and implementation of systems (Slack, Google Suite, Monday.com, Netsuite, etc.). This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects at a time as well as to handle hundreds of creative assets.
To succeed in this highly cross functional role, this individual must possess strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills. This position requires solid knowledge of the creative development process.
