We are seeking an experienced digital wordsmith who’s interested in working on an AI-powered personal finance assistant product that would enable millions to make better finance decisions. You’ll collaborate with “idea pods”, working closely with those teams to author content using AEM. Our teams are highly collaborative and we work together onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week – are you ready to join us?
Primary Responsibilities:
· Manages development of content and asset requirements to execute creation of new or modification of existing webpages.
· Executes the placement of content and assets for internal and external websites using Adobe Experience Manager content management system.
· Collaborates with internal partners to meet business needs. Identifies, evaluates, and resolves issues. Troubleshoots content related issues.
· Identifies improvements in support of business needs and serves as subject matter expert on content management. Creates and suggests updates to procedural documentation for web management processes.
· Maintains broad awareness of changing technology/applications, trends, client needs, and legislative changes to proactively support creation and testing of marketing/communication materials.
· Documents procedures and determines impact of content delivery across different channels and business areas.
· Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
