About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our WIM & Affluent Digital publishing team. The Digital Product Manager will partner with other Product Owners and Marketing partners to help publish content to WIM public sites, RSVP, FA Photos, secure session, and mobile native content to support WIM. This Product Manager will need to understand how to use a component-based content management system to create and modify content on a daily basis, while ensuring each publishing requests follow controls and adheres to ADA requirements.
In this role, you will:
Participate in a variety of functions within the digital environment
Identify opportunity for digital business plans, programs and initiatives within scope of responsibilities
Review and analyze basic content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management
Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the on digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with digital consultants and managers on more complex digital initiatives, including internal/external customers if applicable
Required Qualifications:
2 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with content management systems such as RWS (formerly SDL) Content Management System, Adobe and SharePoint
Experience with Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), basic JavaScript, and JSON
Ability to follow process and details to ensure compliance/controls are met.
Basic editing and an understanding of accessibility standards, digital accessibility policies, American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing and follow up skills
Job Expectations:
Publish content to RWS (formerly SDL) Tridion platform using components to update several public sites/applications
Publish JSON content for Mobile Native App
Work with a Digital Asset Management system (Akamai) to publish images, audio, and video to support multimedia content
Work with additional Marketing partners to publish new offers and FA Photos.
Adhere to compliance, control, and publishing procedures
Collaborate and consult with developers, ADA, Product Owners, Marketing Partners, and stakeholders to accomplish publishing tasks

This position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position, must be willing to work out of St. Louis, MO approximately 3 days a week
