Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Analyze RMC trends, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation. Ensure customer service needs are met by coordinating and adjusting staffing needs a timely manner. Create reports to be used for capacity planning within the RMC. Coordinate with other departments when outages occur and calls must be redirected. Provide guidance for team members, clinics, and other areas by creating a positive work environment to maintain patient and employee satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Minimum one year experience in an office, call center or healthcare environment required. High school education or equivalent required. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently required. Preferred Qualifications: Two years of relevant scheduling experience preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with writing and updating reports preferred.
