JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Net Revenue Finance Analyst is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the monthly Accounts Receivable net revenue model and schedules, and administering the Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics system. The Senior Net Revenue Finance Analyst is a key organizational contact related to all AR and net revenue questions and audits, for both internal leaders and external financial auditors, and provides internal training and education to organizational leaders and peers. The Senior Net Revenue Finance Analyst is a high level independent contributor within the UVM Medical Center. Successful performance in this position directly impacts the financial performance of the organization and is highly visible to Senior Leadership.
EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or related business discipline required. CPA or Master's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities were acquired may be considered.
EXPERIENCE:
Three or more years of progressive, successful experience in health care finance or accounting required. At least two years of experience in health care AR valuation preferred. The candidate must possess a proven ability to perform sophisticated data analysis and present results to financial and operational leadership.
