BLNRC is seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator for our Nursing Department. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Training/experience in clerical duties (filing, computer/phone apps, printer, etc) and previous experience as a supervisor dealing with personnel, policies and procedures preferred. Must be detail-orientated and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties include staff assignments, dealing with call-in notices and replacing staff as needed, coordinating New Employee Orientation with HR designee and/or Director of Nursing, confirming payroll while minimizing overtime, assisting with supply ordering, electronic medical records, clerical duties and other duties as assigned. Annual in-services, meetings as needed and departmental quality assurance are required.
