Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • Duties

    As a Program Analyst, you will:

    • Analyze the work of ODI Staff in a variety of disciplines, employing data from multiple sources.
    • Analyze, develop, coordinate present and future requirements and capabilities for the Office based on workload and emerging technologies.
    • Develop long-range and strategic objectives plan to include possible diversification and expansion of the ODI mission and capabilities.
    • Advise on managing specific project or initiatives assigned to ODI.

    The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with preference to experience in process development, training development, and gap analysis. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of problem identification, analysis, project management, and change management. Employee development, retention, and on-boarding experience are highly desirable.

    Qualifications

    To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.

    To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:


    • Experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating efforts and projects that are aimed at achieving and improving the quality, effectiveness, and timeliness of an organization along with developing and implementing strategic plans in support of achieving program objectives.
    • Experience managing various issues, identifying and resolving problems that are barriers to achieving goals, planning and developing new processes or metrics.
    • Experience in the development and implementation of program policies, plans, guidelines, proposals, processes, performance metrics, and recommendations on issues and the identification of process breakdown or gaps.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

    • Demonstrated ability to analyzes data in a variety of disciplines and from multiple sources to solve complex technical problems with coordinating present and future requirements
    • Demonstrated knowledge to plan, organize, and coordinate collaborative efforts and projects to improve quality, effectiveness, and timeliness
    • Demonstrated ability to priorities for effective use of resources.
    • Experience in the development and implementation of guidelines, proposals, processes, procedures, and plans to enact repeatable performance measures.
