Duties

As a Program Analyst, you will:

• Analyze the work of ODI Staff in a variety of disciplines, employing data from multiple sources.
• Analyze, develop, coordinate present and future requirements and capabilities for the Office based on workload and emerging technologies.
• Develop long-range and strategic objectives plan to include possible diversification and expansion of the ODI mission and capabilities.
• Advise on managing specific project or initiatives assigned to ODI.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with preference to experience in process development, training development, and gap analysis. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of problem identification, analysis, project management, and change management. Employee development, retention, and on-boarding experience are highly desirable.

• REMOTE WORK: This position is eligible for remote work, which does not require reporting to the agency worksite location on a regular basis. If selected for a remote work location, you will be required to sign a remote work agreement detailing agency remote work policy requirements, working conditions, and expectations for the position. The difference in the salary is determined by the locality pay in the duty location.
