Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. Contact Center Team Lead

  • Job Summary:
    The Contact Center Team Lead is a point of contact for team members and handles follow-up on in and outbound patient/office inquiries. The Team Lead must be knowledgeable and available to answer questions about day-to-day issues and call resolution. The Team Lead will bring all major issues and trends to a Contact Center Supervisor for further resolution and process improvement. Responsible for the initial training of new, and subsequent retraining of tenured staff, as warranted. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and support in receiving, researching, and resolving all patient and/or staff inquiries. Must have a thorough and demonstrated knowledge of all task related to call center operations, problem solving, office protocols, first call resolution and customer service. Must be able to process and deliver reports accurately with minimal supervision within a designated timeframe.

    **This position is remote and occasionally reports on-site to the Ladson office location.**

    Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent in education is required.

    Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in a Healthcare call center setting, or billing agency with knowledge of medical terminology and hospital billing. Work experience involving outbound/inbound calling experience in a call center, medical office/clinic or institutional setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation is mandatory.

    Licensure/Certification: Not Applicable

    Knowledge/Skills: Basic computer skills, PC and Windows experience required. Also requires use of general office equipment including, but not limited to: telephone, calculator, fax machine, printer, typewriter and copier. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills to effectively deal with staff and insurance company representatives via telephone. Able to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

    Other: Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Accommodates change required to meet departmental and organizational goals and needs. Performs other duties assigned.
