Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy Emergency Room at a Magnet recognized, community hospital. We are seeking a Staff Scheduling Coordinator that will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the scheduling of staff, payroll procedures and systems in a busy Emergency Department.
In this role you will :
Coordinate staffing needs of the nursing units with the charge nurse / clinical manager / administrative coordinator.
Receive and communicate absent calls, attend morning bed meetings, compare schedules with staffing matrix and notifying manager of discrepancies.
Maintain workflow in Nursing Office as well as employee education, nursing licenses, per diems’ files, reporting on agency usage.
Enter and update information in the scheduling and payroll systems.
Maintain interface tables, updates master files, create management reports, import schedules, make upgrades to the systems and educate users on changes.
Produce automated nursing schedules, print and distribute worksheets, schedules, management reports.
Other responsibilities as directed by department leader.
Requirements :
Hours : 32 hours per week, Day shift
Rotating weekend & holiday shifts are required.
