Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.     Job Description

    • This position requires extensive knowledge of Epic Ambulatory applications and clinic operations. It is the highest level application specialist and overall administrator of the systems functionality.
    • Create and maintain templates, order sets and provider favorites that are in the Epic System to include Epicare, My Chart, Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, Epicare Link,, etc.
    • Understand the integration of Epic applications and their effects on business process and operations
    • Stays abreast of functionality improvements in new versions and testing during upgrades; on an ongoing basis, takes advantage of available resources to improve knowledge and understanding of the system.
    • Tests new releases and applies specialized knowledge and experience to the process to ensure that version upgrades function smoothly.
    • This position aids in planning for major new modules by assessing the configuration needs and defining processes and tasks, coordinating activities and assign projects to be done.
    • Trains and mentors new analysts
    • Provide system configuration and new project development, design implementation, workflow optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to the Clinic’s applications.
    • Attend/Leads meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates.
    • Achieves and maintains certification status in assigned application(s) and working knowledge of other related applications.
    • Complete project tasks within timeline as assigned by the Manager or application coordinators.
    • Champion the project, provide support in the ongoing implementations, optimizations, and upgrades.
      Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certification/license in a clinical discipline with a minimum of at least 2 years prior experience with both technical support and design of the electronic health record and other clinical systems is preferred.
    • Proven ability to organize and lead clinical system project initiatives.
    • Effective organizational and time management skills.
    • Must have good oral and written communication skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
