Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. Traffic Project Engineer (Connecticut) P.E.
Atlantic TPD, LLC (ATDE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. (TPD).
Atlantic TPD, LLC (ATDE) staff provides expertise on access management, traffic and parking analyses, traffic circulation, parking design, ADA-compliance and transportation related design concepts. Safe and efficient accommodation of the traveling public is instrumental to the success of any development project. ATDE is currently hiring a Traffic Engineer Project Manager (Professional Engineer license Required) for Connecticut (remote within region).
Our ideal candidate has minimum of 5 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage projects, staff and clients.
- Oversee and prepare traffic/parking studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, and safety audits.
- Assist in the preparation specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as work zone traffic, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, DOT access permitting, control plans and traffic signal operations analysis.
- Coordinate with field inspection staff and serve as an on-site project representative.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE in CT and or NY, PTOE (desirable)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expert witness testimony
- Experience with CTDOT design standards, NYSDOT/NYCDOT experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
