We have an opportunity for a dietary supervisor to join our award-winning, family-oriented, community hospital on a relief basis. Working shifts are 4:30am to 01:30pm or 10:30am to 07:00pm.
The following education, license and skills allow you to be considered: High School Diploma. College Degree Preferred in Nutrition Science, Dietary Management or Hotel & Restaurant Management. One year supervisory experience in a heath care facility. Experience in food safety and sanitation. Experience in regular and therapeutic diets, purchasing, portion control, and food preparation. Certification is preferred but not required.

Ensures proper safety and sanitation are maintained in the dietary department at all times. Receives deliveries when the inventory control supervisor is not present.
