Contact Center Scheduler jobs in Norfolk, NE

1 - Full-Time Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of : Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Basic Computer skills with Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience a definite plus. Previous phone experience a plus.

Bilingual Spanish preferred. Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position : Answer and direct incoming phone calls and use overhead paging system.

Access Practice Management System to inform patients of appointment information. Formulate phone notes from patient calls in EMR.
