Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers incoming customer calls inquiring about products with a focus on selling products or services. Performs call logging and routine tasks to fulfill caller requests. Being a Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers inquiries regarding the company products, services, delivery, installation, or billing following scripts or standard responses. Enters orders and assists the customer with the purchase by suggesting appropriate products. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Accounts Management:
*Review past due accounts and communicate in person and via phone with the customers to promote timely payments
*Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards
*Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards
*Responsible for Delivery and Setup of product in customers homes
*Proper moving and handling to load/unload truck, or other vehicle, per policy to safely protect coworker and merchandise
*Install and set up merchandise, and instruct customers on proper use of merchandise
*Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned
*Keep vehicles clean and properly maintained as assigned
Sales:
*Greet and assist customers on sales floor
*Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print material
*Refurbish merchandise to like new condition
*Keep showroom, backroom, vehicles, and all other store areas neat, clean and organized
This position is 60% out in field doing deliveries, service calls, account management runs and 40% in store doing sales, refurbishments, account management calls
*Must be able to lift at lest 50 pounds
*Must be able to drive our company vehicles
