Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers incoming customer calls inquiring about products with a focus on selling products or services. Performs call logging and routine tasks to fulfill caller requests. Being a Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers inquiries regarding the company products, services, delivery, installation, or billing following scripts or standard responses. Enters orders and assists the customer with the purchase by suggesting appropriate products. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     A typical day’s responsibilities include: · Fielding calls to and from consumers or existing customers of our clients, who have inquired about our clients’ services.

    · Calls are fully scripted and require you to ask series of short questions.

    · Record call information to internal system.

    · Transfer calls to the client's sales representative.

    · The pace is quick and most of your time will be on the phone.

    Job Requirements (Volunteer/non-profit work included):

    · Strong communication skills.

    · Experience working with computers.

    · Previous call center or customer service experience.

    · Military sensitivity a plus.

    · Must pass a drug test and background test.

    · Must live in Texas

    · USB Ports: 2 available (minimum)

    · USB Headset: Logitech H390 or equivalent

    · Mouse: Standard mouse. No touchpads.

    · Anti-Virus Enabled: Windows Defender or Microsoft Essentials (Pre-installed on most Windows systems)

    Internet Requirements (Minimum):

    · Connection Type: Home DSL, Cable, or Fiber with wired Ethernet connection required. Private/public WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, cellular, and/or Hotspots are NOT compatible

    Hours: Full-time with flexible shifts available between 8 am and 8 pm CST
