Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. The Spectrum Inbound Sales Representative is an inside sales position that requires the evaluation and discussion of the features and benefits of our products and services to upgrade new, existing, and former customers. This role will focus on establishing rapport and building value on the appropriate solution by educating our customers. Ensure customers get the best value by selling multiple customer service options, including but not limited to cable, internet, home phone and mobile.
