Being a Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers inquiries regarding the company products, services, delivery, installation, or billing following scripts or standard responses. Enters orders and assists the customer with the purchase by suggesting appropriate products. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     The opportunity:

    Contact Center Representatives are responsible for answering inbound calls from multiple toll-free lines for various client companies. You will resolve basic inquiries, such as for Leaves of Absence and Disability, referring more complicated questions to the appropriate area for support. It is also the responsibility of Contact Center Representatives to provide claims-related administrative assistance. All interactions will give you the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients on a daily basis.

    Call Center Hours

    8:00am - 8:00pm EST, Monday - Friday (no weekends are required)

    • Document calls in a clear and concise manner.

    • Engage other departments, when needed, to address complex service issues.

    • Maintain an understanding of the different clients, products, and department functions.

    Latency/Ping: The lower the better but at ideally below 50ms

    If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:

    • Southern region: $41,700 - 56,300 annually

    • Central region: $43,900 - 59,300 annually

    • Northern region: $47,000 - 63,500 annually

    If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $39,700 - 53,600 annually.

    If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $47,000 - 63,500 annually.

    If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $43,900 - 59,300 annually.
