Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor jobs in Vermont
Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor monitors and measures the quality of inbound and/or outbound customer service calls. Prepares and presents audit reports for management to identify the issues and performance. Being a Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor assists with feedback and training of individuals who have contact with customers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Quality Assurance Auditor/Inspector is responsible for maintaining the Quality duties on our manufacturing lines as well as daily auditing of all documented processes and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all product coming out of our Manufacturing lines.
- Audit all operations and functional areas for compliance to Job Breakdown Sheets
- Follow an inspection checklist and document findings for incoming inspection of received parts
- Report Audit findings to area supervisors and Quality Manager
- Utilizes basic test equipment such as Calipers, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Micrometer, ext.
- Communicate daily to Quality Manager on problems or areas of improvement
