Job Overview:
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring quality procedures are being followed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.
Schedule and Compensation:
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday – 6:00am to 2:30pm; starting pay rate $20.00 per hour.

What to expect as a Quality Assurance Associate:

Complete dock audits to ensure all quality procedures are being followed.

Performs cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.

Ability to resolve exceptions and errors in a timely manner.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers and reach trucks as required.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

1 year of previous Quality Assurance or Inventory experience preferred.

Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory systems, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, reporting, system analysis, equipment, and warehouse functionality.

Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
