Brief Job Description:
· Work Safely at all times
· Maintain 5S & participate in continuous improvement efforts
· Inspect production and document according to procedures and production criteria including color validation, liner material, measure T & E on jars, work orders, and blocked cavities
· Communicate to supervisor/manager any non-conforming parts and contain accordingly
· Maintain documentation of verifying production work orders, cavities blocked, liner lots, validations of counters, findings during sampling/production runs, and trouble log information.
· Training all personnel on quality production criteria.
· Will be crossed trained to operate production machines
· Be RESULTS oriented
· Support team members as needed
· Seek out assistance from direct supervisor/manager as needed
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED*
· Manufacturing and Quality experience preferred
*Demonstrated equivalent education and experience will be considered
Knowledge & Skills:
· Good interpersonal skills
· Positive personality and “can do” attitude
Additional Requirements:
· Frequently lifting 20lbs – 30lbs
· Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
· Lifting 20lbs – 30lbs above shoulder height
