Contact Center Quality Analyst, Sr. monitors and evaluates inbound and outbound interaction quality. Tracks issues in the quality monitoring systems or tools and analyzes the results. Being a Contact Center Quality Analyst, Sr. provides feedback to improve performance and develops training programs. Works with other internal teams to define quality metrics. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Accounting and Bookkeeping and must be fluent with QuickBooks, and including:
- Income: Recording Sales and all components thereof
- Expenses: Entering bills and posting to the proper accounts; Credit Card payment analysis and proper posting to the accounts.
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable: Keeping accurate and current track of accounts receivables and payables
- Banking: Reconciling monthly bank accounts to QuickBooks Enterprise; recording transfers of money between accounts; investigating any reconciliation and transfer differences; preparing daily Cash Flow reports; assessing future cash requirements
- Taxes, Licenses & Permits: Preparing monthly and quarterly sales tax returns; keeping licenses & permits current with various local and state authorities.
- Payroll: Forms for new employees (W-4;I-9); Entering and reconciling Weekly Payroll; Reviewing payroll hours.
- Communicating With: Employer - whom and when to pay, issues, questions, etc.; Vendors with billing and payments issues and comparing costs; Manager and Staff regarding POS issues, Payouts, Inventory, Payroll, etc.; Accounting Firm; Insurance companies and agents.
- Client Specific Issues: Preparing Tax Exempt Certificates; Inventory
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Experience:
- Proven working knowledge and experience with Accounting and Bookkeeping; Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Internet; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Background in Consumer Product Goods a plus.
