    The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

    • Serving as a leader to the Contact Center and a resource to the Contact Center Managers
    • Fostering teamwork across all areas of the Bank and effectively problem solving
    • Maintaining strict standards of confidentiality and performing duties in a manner that supports Fidelity’s core values

    Requirements for the position include:

    • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
    • Must be comfortable utilizing new technology and possess strong communication skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to demonstrate good self-control and patience in stressful situations
    • A minimum three years’ experience working with direct customer contact
    • The ability to work late and/or flexible hours

    Preferred qualifications for the position include:

    • One year of supervisor experience
