Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. Additionally, Contact Center Director develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to maintain effective operations and deliver optimal results. Requires a bachelor's degree. We're hiring Contact Center Representatives in Fargo, starting pay $17.00 per hour or higher based on experience an additional $5.00 per hour for Saturday shifts.
Additionally, we are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!
What the Role Entails
If you believe strong customer service is just as important over the phone or online as it is in person, we want to talk to you. We're hiring a Contact Center Representative who will be responsible for handling and resolving a wide variety of member service inquiries including but not limited to account statements, account balance, payments, transfers and all electronic services in a prompt, warm and courteous manner via various channels including phone, email and others. The Contact Center Representative will complete and maintain all related reports, records and files needed to document these inquiries and support all functions within the Contact Center.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a problem-solver who has a professional demeanor with knowledge of data processing and a desire to maintain good business relationships with members. The Contact Center Representative will ensure that all functions are efficiently, effectively and accurately performed in accordance with our policies and security procedures and keep the Lead Contact Center Representative informed of area activities and significant problems. The Contact Center Representative must be a team player and active listener who can identify member needs, as well as have a willingness to gain product knowledge and achieve goals. A two-year college degree or equivalent experience is required with a minimum of one year related experience at a financial institution or other cashier function preferred. Those with contact center experience preferred, as well. This person must have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and personal computer/keyboarding skills, as well as the ability to work with numbers. We are looking to fill a shift between the hours of 10:00am - 7:00pm M-F with rotating 8am - 2pm Saturdays. If this sounds like a good fit for you, apply today!
