    Lighthouse Payment Services is looking for qualified individuals to assist with our daily high speed mail opening process

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare envelopes and extract envelope contents via automated mail opening workstation
    • Validate and sort remittance docs for high speed scanning based upon customer-specific procedures
    • Identify and document any unprocessable remittance for return to customer
    • Process and document non-standard envelopes and return receipts
    • Daily emptying of workstation paper waste into an on-site paper shredding bin
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
    • Excellent coordination and dexterity
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Maintain extreme attention to detail with highly repetitive tasks

    Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

    Pay: $18.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (Required)

    Work Location: In person
