Simon’s Agency, Inc.is accepting applications for a full-time Accounts Receivalbe/Payment Processor (ON-SITE) to support our Team. Interested candidates should have an in-depth working knowledge of Excel, proficient in Word, strong communication skills, and exceptional organization skills. Ideal individuals are quality driven with the ability to handle a variety of work and the ability to prioritize daily work assignments.

This role is scheduled to work on-site 40 hours per week; Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5:00 pm. No weekends. Come grow with us!!

In this role, your responsibilities will include tasks such as:

• Payment Processing
• Daily balancing of payments.
• Posting credit card payments.
• Reconciling at the end of every day.
• Performs routine and organization tasks.
• Remittance process for Clients.
• A/R Receivable Reports.
• Call clients to get payments on unpaid invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay based on experience – Range is $16 an hour to $19 an hour.

Ideal Candidate will:

• Be detail oriented.
• Organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, strong Excel skills a plus.
• Have 2-3 years of payment processing related background.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Valid transportation.
