We are searching for a Lead Central Service Tech Under general supervision of the Manager, Central Processing or designee, perform a variety of duties within and in support of the Central Processing Department including, but not limited to, performing all responsibilities of the Certified Central Service Technician and assuming responsibilities for inventory management and equipment repair. Serve as resource to Technical staff. Collaborate with Manager and Team Leader to identify educational needs, develop training programs and lead training of staff. Assist with department process planning and control for staffing, training and supervision. Provide functional or technical supervision over other employees in same or closely related classifications, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.
