Consumer Payment Processing Clerk jobs in Helena, MT

Family-owned credit card merchant service provider is expanding and seeking an Administrative and Bookkeeping Professional to support sales and service activities of the company. Tasks would include data entry and general administration, as well as responsibility for ever changing service needs of client businesses that accept Visa/MC. Opportunity for growth and responsibility. Position located at Helena office with training provided. Benefits include paid 401K and vacation time. Salary position of $25 to $40/hour with room for growth, commensurate with experience and potential.

Position Requirements
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently majority of work day/week
- Positive attitude and composure under pressure
- High ethical standards and compliance with client confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (at minimum Word, Excel)
- Able to to prioritize projects and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail

Position Responsibilities
- General office administration (correspondence, mail, filing, office supplies, etc.)
- New client paperwork and data entry
- Servicing of existing client accounts
- Maintenance and organization of client accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
