Job Description

We are currently looking for a Payment Manager (all genders) to join our team in Munich.
In this role you are responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the payment systems internally and with our partners. Furthermore, you have a leading role in the development of the department, defining future strategy and will be key to achieving companywide initiatives.
To accomplish your mission, you will use your analytical passion as well as your excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.

Your key responsibilities:

• Payment Systems: Monitor and manage performance of the payment systems processing all ecommerce payments.
• Data Analysis: instrumental in implementing a system of alerts, reports and deep dive tools to manage a complex payment infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Communication: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with Product teams to deliver the department’s strategy and supporting business cases.
• Reporting and Documentation: Preparing and presenting reports on system performance, trends, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholder departments.
• Managing systems: configuring, testing and monitoring of Payment tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• You have relevant professional experience in payment processing, LPMs, Card acquiring.
• Your analytical skills are demonstrated by your mastery of analytical tools to solve real world problems.
• Proven experience in analysis and reporting using industry standard software e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerBI.
• Ability to build effective relationships and sell concepts via personal, written and data story telling.
