Responsibilities include processing and reconciling debits and credits, preparing daily forms, and reviewing and researching unacceptable payments. MISSION
Process daily customer orders in an efficient and timely manner, including producing labels and necessary paperwork, taking orders to warehouse to be filled and releasing orders.
KEY OUTCOMES (KPI’s)
OUTCOME: Processing All Orders to Floor daily
• Printing and sorting orders by ship date, carrier, and other specific customer requirements
• Process orders, producing labels and other documentation as needed
• Schedule carriers as per customer requirements on carrier website or other site(s) as required
OUTCOME: Releasing All Orders Returned from Floor within allotted timeframe
• Cross dock, small parcel, LTL and TL
• Release and creation of BOL and other required documents
• Manage outbound assignments
OUTCOME: Complete Other Duties as needed, in a timely manner
• Creating and running all necessary reports
• Follow procedures and work instructions provided for routine daily, new and unusual assignments
• Scanning documents into system
• Assist in root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action(s)
